Property In Common May Be Sold For Household Purpose
Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 419, the person
acting as the head of family may, for the household purpose, sell
whole of the property in common, in the case of a movable
property, and the half of such property, in the case of an immovable
property, without consent of the others.
